We offer returns/exchanges within 10 working days from when your order is delivered.

In order to be eligible for an exchange or return, the goods must be returned in ‘as new’ and in its original packaging.

If goods are returned outside this timeframe or returned in a used or damaged state, or not in the original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and send the goods back to you at your cost. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
